The BAS19‑V, BAS20‑V, and BAS21‑V series are silicon epitaxial planar diodes offered in SOT‑23, SOD‑123, Mini‑MELF, DO‑35, and SOD‑323 packages. They are lead‑free, RoHS‑compliant, and suited for automatic insertion.
Key electrical parameters include reverse voltage ratings up to 250 V, forward voltage around 1.0‑1.25 V at 100‑200 mA, and low leakage currents. Mechanical data, thermal characteristics, and package dimensions are provided for design verification.
