AD9709 Rev. B is an 8-bit, 125 MSPS dual TxDAC+ digital-to-analog converter. It features excellent SFDR, gain and offset matching, fully independent or single-resistor gain control, dual port or interleaved data, and more.
The AD9709 is a dual‑port, high‑speed, 2‑channel 8‑bit CMOS digital‑to‑analog converter. It integrates two TxDAC+® cores, an on‑chip 1.2 V reference, and digital interface circuitry in a 48‑lead LQFP package. The device delivers up to 125 MSPS update rates, 20 mA full‑scale output current per channel, and matches gain to within 0.1% of full scale.
Typical applications include communications base stations, digital synthesis, and quadrature modulation. The DAC can operate from a single 3.3 V or 5 V supply, consuming 380 mW at full‑scale output, and offers both differential and single‑ended output configurations.
