About this manual

The AD5694R is a low‑power, quad, 12‑bit buffered voltage‑output DAC that includes an internal 2.5 V reference with a typical temperature coefficient of 2 ppm/°C. It operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply, offers selectable gain of 1 or 2, and provides up to 20 mA output drive per channel.

Typical applications include optical transceivers, base‑station power amplifiers, process control I/O cards, industrial automation and data‑acquisition systems. The device is offered in a 3 mm × 3 mm 16‑lead LFCSP or a 16‑lead TSSOP package and features power‑down modes to reduce current consumption to a few microamps.
