About this manual

The AD7475 and AD7495 are 12‑bit, high‑speed, low‑power successive‑approximation ADCs that operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.25 V supply and achieve up to 1 MSPS throughput. They feature a low‑noise track‑and‑hold amplifier, on‑board 2.5 V reference (AD7495), and multiple serial interfaces (SPI, QSPI, Microwire, DSP‑compatible).

The datasheet provides detailed specifications, timing diagrams, operating modes, power‑down options, package dimensions, and ordering information for both devices.
