About this manual

The AD7492 family comprises 12‑bit successive‑approximation ADCs that operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.25 V supply. They provide high‑speed parallel conversion rates up to 1.25 MSPS (AD7492‑5) while maintaining low power dissipation, internal 2.5 V reference, and flexible power‑throughput management with partial and full sleep modes.

The device is supplied in 24‑lead SOIC and TSSOP packages, features a wide‑bandwidth track‑and‑hold amplifier (up to 10 MHz), and offers a full set of digital control pins for easy interfacing to microprocessors or DSPs. Detailed specifications, timing diagrams, pin descriptions, and ordering information are provided in the following sections.
