About this manual

The AS2431 provides a three‑terminal adjustable shunt regulator with a trimmed bandgap reference, offering temperature‑compensated output (15 ppm/°C) and low output impedance. It is suitable for linear applications requiring precise reference voltages and low noise.

The device is offered in multiple packages (TO‑92, SOIC‑8, SOT‑89, SOT‑23) and supports a wide temperature range from –55 °C to +125 °C. Absolute maximum ratings include 18 V reverse breakdown and 1 A forward current, while typical performance curves show low output noise and stable voltage regulation across temperature and load conditions.
