The NC7ST00 is a single 2‑input high‑performance CMOS NAND gate with TTL‑compatible inputs. It offers high speed (typical propagation delay under 7 ns), low quiescent power, and balanced output drive of ±2 mA. The device includes ESD protection diodes on inputs and output and is offered in space‑saving SOT23, SC70, and leadless MicroPak packages.
