GRM15/18/21/31 series is a complete line of chip ceramic capacitors in 6.3V, 10V, 16V, 25V, 50V, 100V, 200V and 500V ratings. These capacitors have temperature characteristics ranging from C0G to Y5V.

Terminations are metal‑based and highly resistant to migration, ensuring reliable performance during soldering processes.
The capacitors are available in a wide size range (1.0 × 0.5 × 0.5 mm to 3.2 × 1.6 × 1.15 mm) and can be supplied in paper or plastic embossed tape, reel, or bulk case packaging for automatic placement in electronic assemblies.
