About this manual

The MMA7360L is a low‑power, low‑profile three‑axis capacitive accelerometer with selectable 1.5 g or 6 g sensitivity, built‑in low‑pass filter, self‑test, and free‑fall detection. It operates from 2.2 V to 3.6 V and includes a sleep mode that reduces current to a few microamps, making it suitable for battery‑powered handheld devices.

Typical applications include 3‑D gaming motion sensing, hard‑disk protection, anti‑theft laptops, cell‑phone image stabilization, pedometers, navigation, and robotics. The device is supplied in a 14‑lead LGA package and is RoHS compliant.
