About this manual

The TPA0132 is a stereo audio power amplifier in a 24‑pin TSSOP PowerPAD™ package that delivers 2.8 W continuous RMS per channel into 3‑Ω loads. It features a 31‑step DC volume control ranging from +20 dB to –40 dB, built‑in depop circuitry to eliminate speaker transients, and an internal input MUX for dual stereo inputs.

The device consumes only 10 mA in normal operation and 150 µA in shutdown mode, and its PowerPAD package provides excellent thermal performance (≈35 °C/W). It is specified for operation from –40 °C to 85 °C ambient temperature and supports both bridge‑tied load (BTL) and single‑ended (SE) configurations.
