About this manual

The AD8364 is a true‑RMS, dual‑channel RF power measurement subsystem that provides independent rms outputs for each channel and a differential output. It operates from a single 5 V supply and includes an on‑chip temperature sensor for temperature‑compensated measurements.

Typical applications include wireless infrastructure power‑amplifier linearization, antenna VSWR monitoring, gain and power control, and transmitter signal strength indication. The device offers a wide dynamic range, low log‑conformance ripple, and a small 5 mm × 5 mm LFCSP package.
