About this manual

The ADM33xxE family provides RS‑232‑compliant driver/receiver functionality with a single low‑voltage supply (2.7 V‑3.6 V). Integrated charge‑pump converters generate the required ±7.25 V levels, while Green Idle mode reduces power consumption to a few nanowatts in shutdown.

These devices are offered in LFCSP, TSSOP and SSOP packages, feature high ESD protection (up to +15 kV), low EMI, and are suited for mobile phones, laptops, printers, modems, PDAs and other portable equipment.
