About this manual

The MAX338 and MAX339 are 8‑channel and dual 4‑channel CMOS analog multiplexers with extremely low off‑leakage (less than 20 pA at +25 °C) and low charge injection (1.5 pC typ). They support single‑supply operation from +4.5 V to +30 V or bipolar supplies from +4.5 V to +20 V and include ESD protection greater than 2000 V.

The data sheet provides detailed electrical characteristics, pin configurations, ordering information, package drawings, and test circuit diagrams to aid designers in integrating these devices into sample‑and‑hold circuits, data‑acquisition systems, and other applications.
