Provide high voltage switching for ultrasonic imaging and printer applications.
The MAX14802, MAX14803 and MAX14803A provide 16 high‑voltage low‑charge‑injection SPST switches for ultrasonic imaging and printer applications. They use HVCMOS technology and are controlled via a digital serial interface with a 16‑bit shift register and programmable latch.
Key specifications include a wide high‑voltage supply range (up to +100 V/‑100 V, +200 V/0 V, or +40 V/‑160 V), a logic supply of +2.7 V to +5.5 V, typical quiescent current of 5 µA, and on‑resistance as low as 20 Ω. Packages are offered in 48‑pin TQFP (commercial and extended temperature ranges) and a 110‑bump wafer‑level package for the MAX14803A.
