About this manual

The MAX4012 (single), MAX4016 (dual), MAX4018 (triple) and MAX4020 (quad) op‑amps are unity‑gain‑stable devices that combine high‑speed performance with rail‑to‑rail outputs. They operate from a 3.3 V to 10 V single supply or from +1.65 V to +5 V dual supplies and feature an input common‑mode range that extends beyond the negative rail.

Typical applications include set‑top boxes, surveillance video systems, battery‑powered instruments, video line drivers, ADC interfaces and CCD imaging systems. The devices are offered in compact SOT‑23, SO, UMAX and QSOP packages and provide up to +120 mA output drive, 200 MHz bandwidth (MAX4012) and a 600 V/µs slew rate while consuming only 5.5 mA of quiescent current when enabled.
