The MAX8069 is a 1.2V temperature-compensated voltage reference. It uses the bandgap principle to achieve excellent stability and low noise at reverse currents down to 60µA
The MAX8069 is a 1.2 V temperature‑compensated low‑voltage reference that uses the band‑gap principle for high stability and low noise. It is offered in ESA (SO‑8) and CCZQ (TO‑92) packages and serves applications such as ADCs, DACs, threshold detectors, voltage regulators and portable instruments.
Key specifications include a 25 ppm/°C temperature coefficient, a minimum bias current of 60 µA, typical output voltage of 1.20 V, RMS noise of 20 µV (10 Hz‑10 kHz), and operating temperature ranges of –40 °C to +85 °C (ESA) or 0 °C to +70 °C (CCZQ). The datasheet also provides absolute maximum ratings, pin configurations and package drawings.
| Temperature Coefficient | 25 ppm/°C (max) |
|---|---|
| Bias Current (minimum) | 60 µA |
| Operating Temperature Range (ESA package) | -40 °C to +85 °C |
| Operating Temperature Range (CCZQ package) | 0 °C to +70 °C |
The MAX8069 has a temperature coefficient guaranteed to 25 ppm/°C (maximum).
The device’s bias current is as low as 60 µA (minimum).
The ESA (SO‑8) package operates from –40 °C to +85 °C, while the CCZQ (TO‑92) package operates from 0 °C to +70 °C.
