MAX6006–MAX6009 are ultra-low-power SOT23 precision shunt voltage references with output voltages of +1.25V, +2.048V, +2.5V and 3V. They feature excellent low power and high precision characteristics, and can be widely used in battery-powered equipment, portable meters, precision regulators and A/D and D/A converters.
The MAX6006–MAX6009 family provides ultra‑low‑power shunt voltage references in compact 3‑pin SOT23 and 8‑pin SOIC packages. With a guaranteed operating current of less than 1 µA, the devices offer initial accuracy better than 0.2 % and temperature coefficients as low as 30 ppm/°C (grade A) or 75 ppm/°C (grade B) over –40 °C to +85 °C.
Four fixed output voltages are available (+1.25 V, +2.048 V, +2.5 V, +3.0 V), making the parts suitable for battery‑powered equipment, portable meters, precision regulators, and A/D or D/A converter interfaces. The datasheet includes absolute maximum ratings, electrical characteristics, typical operating curves, pin descriptions, and ordering information.
