About this manual

The LZ1-00WW05 is a 5 W warm‑white LED emitter packaged in a 4.4 mm × 4.4 mm × 3.1 mm surface‑mount ceramic module with integrated glass lens. It offers high luminous flux density, very low thermal resistance (6 °C/W), and maintains >90 % lumen output after 100 000 h of operation. The device complies with JEDEC moisture‑sensitivity level 2, is lead‑free, RoHS compliant and can withstand up to six reflow cycles.

Typical applications include general, museum, retail, hospitality, accent, task and architectural lighting. The emitter is supplied on standard or miniature MCPCB, and recommended mounting practices include insulating the thermal pad from the electrical pads. Detailed electrical, optical and mechanical specifications are provided for designers.
