The LZ1-00R105 is a high luminous efficacy red LED emitter with a small footprint and high luminous flux density. It has very low thermal resistance, over 90% lumen maintenance, and complies with JEDEC JESD22-A102-C standard.
The LZ1-00R105 red LED emitter delivers 5 W of power in an ultra‑small 4.4 mm × 4.4 mm × 3.1 mm ceramic package. It is designed for indoor and outdoor architectural lighting, stage and entertainment lighting, backlighting, traffic signals, projectors, emergency lighting, medical and automotive applications.
The datasheet provides full electrical, optical and mechanical data, including forward voltage, luminous flux, thermal resistance, and maximum ratings. It also includes recommended solder pad layouts, reflow soldering profiles, and tape‑and‑reel packaging specifications, along with compliance information such as JEDEC moisture sensitivity level and RoHS compliance.
