DALLAS DS2114 DATA SHEET

The DS2114 is a SCSI terminator launched by Texas Instruments. It is fully compliant with SCSI, SCSI-2 and SCSI-3 standards. It provides active termination for nine signal lines. Laser-trimmed 110-ohm termination resistors have a 2% tolerance. It has a low dropout voltage regulator, fully supports actively negated SCSI signals, and on-board thermal shutdown circuitry. It uses a narrow 16-pin plastic SOIC (DS2114Z) package.
