The AAT3216 MicroPower™ LDO is designed for portable applications that require low noise, high PSRR and extended battery life. It is offered in 5‑pin SOT‑23 or 8‑pin SC70‑JW packages with twelve factory‑programmed output voltages ranging from 1.2 V to 3.5 V.
Key features include a typical dropout voltage of less than 200 mV at full load, a quiescent current of about 70 µA, short‑circuit and over‑temperature protection, and a Power‑OK open‑drain output that signals regulation status.
