ANALOGIC AAT3152 Data Sheet
AAT3152 is a high-efficiency 1X/1.5X/2X charge pump from AnalogicTech, which can be used for white LED applications. It uses a tri-mode load switch (1X), fractional (1.5X), and doubling (2X) conversion to maximize efficiency for white LED applications. AAT3152 can drive four-channel LEDs from a 2.7V to 5.5V input. The current sinks can be operated individually or in parallel for driving higher-current LEDs. The number of external components is very small (two 1µF flying capacitors and two small 1µF capacitors at VIN and VOUT), which is ideal for small, battery-powered applications. AnalogicTech's S2Cwire™ (Simple Serial Control™) serial digital input is used to enable, disable, and set current for each LED with eight settings (20mA down to 50µA) including main/sub-display group control. AAT3152 consumes extremely low current internally (50µA typical) at light load for optimized efficiency. Each output of the AAT3152 is equipped with built-in protection for VOUT short-circuit and auto-disable for load short-circuit conditions. Built-in soft-start circuitry prevents excessive inrush current during start-up. A low current shutdown feature disconnects the load from VIN and reduces quiescent current to less than 1µA. AAT3152 is available in a Pb-free, space-saving, thermally-enhanced 12-pin 3x3mm TDFN package.
ANALOGIC TECH AAT3560/2/4 NanoPower Voltage Detector handbook
The AAT3560 Series of PowerManager™ products is a member of AATI's Total Power Management IC™ (TPMIC™) product family. These voltage detectors are ideal for monitoring voltage supplies in portable systems, where extended battery life is critical. They provide a low cost, reliable solution by eliminating several external components. The AAT3560 series operates by monitoring the system power supply voltage. When the input voltage drops below a fixed threshold, the device output changes state depending upon configuration. When the input voltage rises above the threshold, the device output reverts back to the previous state. The AAT3560 series are available with three different output stages: AAT3560 push-pull active high output, AAT3562 push-pull active low output and AAT3564 open drain active low output. The quiescent supply current is extremely low, typically 1µA, making it ideal for portable battery operated equipment.
ANALOGIC TECH AAT3220 150mA NanoPower LDO Linear Regulator handbook
The AAT3220 is a PowerLinear™ NanoPower Low Dropout Linear Regulator that is ideal for portable applications where extended battery life is critical.
ANALOGIC TECH AAT4625 Manual
AAT4625 is a 1.0A current limited P-channel MOSFET power switch designed for high-side load switching applications. The switch operates with inputs ranging from 2.7V to 5.5V, making it ideal for both 3V and 5V systems. An integrated current-limiting circuit protects the input supply against large changes in load current which may cause the supply to fall out of regulation. The AAT4625 is also protected from thermal overload which limits power dissipation and junction temperatures. The current limit threshold is factory programmed at 1.5A, with a maximum of 2.0A. The quiescent supply current is typically a low 16µA. In shutdown mode, the supply current decreases to less than 1µA. The AAT4625 is available in Pb-free, 8-pin SOP, TSSOP, or MSOP packages, and is specified over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range. The AAT4600 series is a family of adjustable and fixed SmartSwitch products with a range of current handling capabilities. Single versions with adjustable current limit (AAT4601) or fixed current limit (AAT4625) as well as dual versions with fixed current limit (AAT4626) are available.
ANALOGIC AAT4626 DATA SHEET
The AAT4626 SmartSwitch™ is a dual-channel 500mA current-limited P-channel MOSFET power switch designed for high-side load-switching applications. It operates with inputs ranging from 2.7V to 5.5V, making it suitable for both 3V and 5V systems. The integrated current-limiting circuit protects the input supply from large changes in load current that may cause the supply to fall out of regulation. The AAT4626 is also protected from thermal overload, limiting power dissipation and junction temperatures. The current limit threshold is factory programmed at 1.0A, with a maximum of 1.5A. The quiescent supply current is typically a low 20µA. In shutdown mode, the supply current decreases to less than 1µA. The AAT4626 is available in 8 pin SOP or TSSOP specified over a -40 to 85°C temperature range. The AAT4600 Series is a family of adjustable and fixed SmartSwitch™ products with a range of current handling capabilities. Single versions with adjustable current limit (AAT4601) or fixed current limit (AAT4625), as well as dual versions with fixed current limit (AAT4626), are also available.

ANALOGIC TECH AAT4296/98 Manual
The AAT4296/98 SmartSwitch is a member of AnalogicTech's Application Specific Power MOS-FET (ASPM) product family. It consists of five/six push/pull output switches that gate each respective output between a common input supply and ground. This device is targeted for I/O expansion applications, but can also be used for a combination of general purposes to simplify power switching with an off state load discharge. The AAT4296/98 operates over an input voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, making it ideal for battery-powered applications. The state of each output channel is controlled with a single GPIO via the EN/SET pin using AnalogicTech's Simple Serial Control (S2Cwire) interface. When EN/SET is pulled to logic high, the device is enabled and consumes 3µA of typical quiescent current. In the off state, each output is pulled low to ground to affect a logic low state for I/O expander or power switching applications; this circuit will act as a load discharge function to rapidly turn off a load circuit. Rated over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range, the AAT4296 is offered in a Pb-free 8-pin SC70JW package, and the AAT4298 is offered in both a Pb-free 10-pin SC70JW and a Pb-free 12-pin TSOPJW package.
