LINFINITY SM625/SM626/SM627 SWITCHING REGULATOR POWER OUTPUT STAGES

This document describes the features and characteristics of the SM625/SM626/SM627 series power output stages, which are designed for switching power supply applications. They have a current capability of 15A and are designed to reduce size, improve efficiency, reduce noise and RFI. The high operating frequency allows for smaller inductor-capacitor filter and improved power supply response time. The efficiency is over 85% with rise and fall time less than 300ns.
