APEX PA09 PA09A handbook

The PA09 is a high voltage, high output current operational amplifier optimized to drive a variety of loads from DC through the video frequency range. It features power MOS technology with a 2A peak rating, a high gain bandwidth product of 150MHz, a very fast slew rate of 200V/µs, a protected output stage with thermal shutoff, excellent linearity with Class A/B output, a wide supply range of ±12V to ±40V, and low bias current and low noise with FET input.
