About this manual

The MAX6877, MAX6878 and MAX6879 are multivoltage power‑supply trackers, sequencers and supervisors that monitor up to three system voltages. They provide controlled power‑up and power‑down, adjustable undervoltage thresholds, and optional power‑good output with selectable timeout.

These devices are offered in 4 mm × 4 mm thin‑QFN packages (16‑pin or 24‑pin) and operate over a temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C. Electrical characteristics include a 2.7 V–5.5 V operating voltage range, up to 20 mA per I/O pin, and continuous power dissipation of up to 1.67 W (24‑pin).
