DS80C320/DS80C323 are high-speed, low-power microcontrollers that are compatible with 80C32 and 8051
The DS80C320 and DS80C323 are high‑speed, low‑power 80C32‑compatible microcontrollers offering up to 33 MHz (DS80C320) or 18 MHz (DS80C323) crystal rates. They retain full 8051 instruction compatibility while delivering 1.5‑3× faster execution, dual full‑duplex serial ports, additional interrupts, and programmable watchdog features.
These devices are available in 40‑pin DIP, 44‑pin PLCC, and 44‑pin TQFP packages, support operating voltages from 4.25 V to 5.5 V (DS80C320) or 2.7 V to 5.5 V (DS80C323), and provide 256 B of scratchpad RAM, 64 kB ROM, 64 kB RAM, three 16‑bit timers, and four 8‑bit I/O ports.
