MC1403 is a precision band-gap voltage reference designed for critical instrumentation and D/A converter applications. This unit is designed to work with D/A converters, up to 12 bits in accuracy, or as a reference for power supply applications. The output voltage is 2.5V with a range of ±25mV, input voltage range is 4.5V to 40V, quiescent current is 1.2mA typical, output current is 10mA, and temperature coefficient is 10ppm/°C typical. It is suitable for voltage reference for 8 to 12 Bit D/A converters, low TC Zener replacement, high stability current reference, and voltmeter system reference.
