About this manual

The Lamina BL-3000 RGB LED Light Engine combines high‑brightness LEDs with Lamina's proprietary LTCC‑M packaging to deliver high luminous flux in a compact footprint. The engine features 39 cavities, each containing multiple red, green and blue LED dies for uniform color mixing and independent color control.

The datasheet provides electrical parameters (voltage, current, power), optical characteristics (dominant wavelength, luminous flux), mechanical dimensions, assembly recommendations, heat‑sink design guidance, and handling precautions to ensure reliable operation up to 125 °C.
