About this manual

The MA24104A Inline High Power Sensor provides accurate average power measurements from 600 MHz to 4 GHz and from 2 mW to 150 W. It uses a dual‑path architecture and a built‑in micro‑controller to deliver True‑RMS readings for CW, multi‑tone and digitally modulated signals, and can be powered via USB, an external wall adapter, or three AA batteries.\n\nThe sensor connects to Anritsu handheld instruments or a PC running the PowerXpert application via a USB Mini‑B cable, and also supports RS‑232 with an external supply or batteries. It offers a forward‑only measurement channel, low insertion loss, and high directivity, making it suitable for field verification of base‑station transmitters, production testing, and continuous monitoring.
