About this manual

The DG441 and DG442 are monolithic CMOS analog switches that replace the DG201A/DG202 series. They provide four independent SPST switches, TTL and CMOS compatible inputs, low charge injection, and a voltage reference. The devices operate from single‑ended +5 V to +34 V or symmetrical supplies up to ±22 V, with a maximum differential voltage of 44 V.

Key features include on‑resistance below 850 Ω, turn‑on time of 250 ns, turn‑off time as low as 120 ns (DG441) or 210 ns (DG442), and low power consumption under 1.6 mW. The parts are offered in PDIP, SOIC, and TSSOP packages and are RoHS‑compliant Pb‑free devices.
