Choose a level location, keep at least 10 cm clearance from the wall, level the machine, connect the water inlet hose to the tap and the drain pipe to the drain, then fill the tub to half the height of the agitator before starting.
Pull the filter out by hand as shown in the diagram, rinse it with clean water, flip it back to its original orientation and reinstall it into the washing machine.
