The 3M 7850 Electrically Conductive Acrylic Pad (eCAP) is a double‑sided, carbon‑filled acrylic tape designed for EMI/RFI shielding and ESD grounding. It can be supplied as die‑cut parts or on 50 m rolls (600 mm wide) and adheres well to metal and gasket substrates.
The sheet provides typical electrical and mechanical properties, such as Z‑axis resistance of 0.50 Ω per square inch and a thermal impedance of 0.07 °C·in²/W, as well as certifications including RoHS, TSCA exemption, and compliance with EU directives.
