intersil ISL22446 handbook

The ISL22446 is a monolithic CMOS integrated circuit that integrates four digitally controlled potentiometers (DCP) and non-volatile memory. The product features low noise, low power consumption, SPI serial interface, and 128 resistor taps. It can be used as three-terminal potentiometers or two-terminal variable resistors in a wide range of applications including control, parameter adjustments, and signal processing.
