X9410 is a low noise/low power/SPI bus dual digitally controlled potentiometer. It features two potentiometers per package, SPI serial interface, register oriented format for direct read/write/transfer of wiper positions, and the ability to store up to four positions per potentiometer. It supports power supplies from 2.7V to 5.5V and has low power CMOS technology with standby current less than 1µA. It offers high reliability with endurance of 100,000 data changes per bit per register and register data retention for 100 years. It also includes 8 bytes of nonvolatile EEPROM memory, 10kΩ resistor arrays, 64 taps of resolution for each pot, and multiple package options.
