The ADV7184 is a high performance multi-format SDTV video decoder with fast switch overlay support. This device integrates four 54 MHz, 10-bit ADCs, supports NTSC, PAL and SECAM video formats, and supports SCART fast blanking function. It also uses a 28.63636 MHz crystal locked clock.
