ANALOG DEVICES AD9243 handbook

The AD9243 is a complete 14-bit, 3 MSPS monolithic A/D converter that consumes only 110 mW of power from a single +5 V supply. It offers a 2.5 LSB integral nonlinearity error, a 0.6 LSB differential nonlinearity error, and a 0.36 LSB input referred noise. The AD9243 also integrates a sample-and-hold amplifier and voltage reference, and provides a signal-to-noise and distortion ratio of 79.0 dB and a spurious-free dynamic range of 91.0 dB. The AD9243 is available in a 44-lead MQFP package.
