AD7476/AD7477/AD7478 is a high performance, low power, single channel, 1MSPS, 12/10/8-bit ADC with an on-chip high precision reference voltage. It can output 12/10/8-bit digital output, and is suitable for portable devices, personal digital assistants, medical instruments, mobile communications, instruments and control systems, data acquisition systems, high speed modems and optical sensors.
