The AD9239 is a Quad, 12-Bit, 170 MSPS/210 MSPS/250 MSPS Serial Output 1.8V ADC. It features 4 ADC channels, coded serial digital outputs with ECC per channel, an on-chip temperature sensor, -95 dB channel-to-channel crosstalk, 65 dBFS SNR, and 77 dBc SFDR. It offers excellent linearity and a 780 MHz full power analog bandwidth. It is suitable for communication receivers, cable head end equipment/M-CMTS, broadband radios, wireless infrastructure transceivers, and radar/military applications.
