About this manual

The AD9273 integrates eight channels of low‑noise preamplifier, variable gain amplifier, antialiasing filter and a 12‑bit ADC. It offers programmable gain, dual‑mode input matching, and a built‑in 8 × 8 differential crosspoint switch for continuous‑wave Doppler applications. The device is supplied in a 100‑lead TQFP package and targets low‑cost, low‑power, compact designs.

Typical applications include medical ultrasound imaging and automotive radar. The handbook provides feature tables, functional block diagrams, and detailed electrical specifications for designers.
