About this manual

The ADA4850‑1 and ADA4850‑2 are low‑price, high‑speed voltage‑feedback op‑amps designed for portable multimedia players, video cameras, digital still cameras, consumer video and clock buffer applications. They operate from a single supply of 2.7 V to 6 V and are rated for an extended temperature range of –40 °C to +125 °C.

Key performance figures include a –3 dB bandwidth of 175 MHz, a slew rate of 220 V/µs, 85 ns settling time to 0.1 %, differential gain of 0.12 % and differential phase of 0.09°. Power‑down current is only 150 nA per amplifier, and quiescent current in active mode is 2.4 mA per amplifier. The device offers rail‑to‑rail output swing within 80 mV of either rail and an input offset voltage of 0.6 mV.
