About this manual

The ADL5519 is a dual‑demodulating logarithmic amplifier that converts RF input signals to decibel‑scaled outputs. It provides independent logarithmic outputs for two measurement channels and includes additional difference outputs and an on‑chip temperature sensor.

Designed for RF transmitter power‑amplifier linearization, power monitoring, VSWR monitoring and RSSI measurement, the device operates from –40 °C to +125 °C and is supplied by 3.3 V‑5.5 V at 60 mA in a 5 mm × 5 mm 32‑lead LFCSP package.
