About this manual

The AD625 is a monolithic instrumentation amplifier designed for applications that require non‑standard gains. It provides user‑programmed gains from 1 to 10 000 (up to 110 000 for the C grade) with very low gain error, low offset voltage, and a 4 nV/√Hz noise floor at 1 kHz. The device is available in several accuracy grades (A, B, C, J, K, S) covering industrial, commercial, and extended temperature ranges.

The data sheet includes detailed specifications, absolute maximum ratings, ordering information for the various DIP and LCC packages, and theory of operation with input‑protection circuits. Typical performance graphs illustrate gain‑bandwidth, noise, settling time, and power‑supply rejection.
