This document describes the packaging specifications and device orientation of SSOT-25 and SSOT-24 products.
The document provides the taping specifications for the SSOT-25 and SSOT-24 chip packages. Each reel holds 3,000 pieces and supports two feed orientations.
Two orientation types are defined: R Type (standard feed) with the device oriented to the right, and L Type (reverse feed) with the device oriented to the left. These specifications apply to both SSOT-25 and SSOT-24 models. This manual is written in Chinese.
