The XC61F series is a highly accurate, low power consumption voltage detector, manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. A delay circuit is built-in to each detector. Detect voltage is extremely accurate with minimal temperature drift. Both CMOS and N-ch open drain output configurations are available. Since the delay circuit is built-in, peripherals are unnecessary and high density mounting is possible.
The XC61F Series are highly accurate, low‑power voltage detectors manufactured using CMOS and laser‑trimming technologies. Each device includes a built‑in delay circuit, allowing high‑density mounting without external components. They are suitable for microprocessor reset circuits, memory‑battery backup, power‑on reset, power‑failure detection, and system‑battery monitoring.
Key features include ±2 % accuracy, typical supply current of 1.0 µA, detect‑voltage range of 1.6 V – 6.0 V (0.1 V steps), operating voltage range of 0.7 V – 10 V, and selectable output configurations (CMOS or N‑channel open‑drain). The datasheet provides pin assignments, electrical parameters, typical application circuits, and packaging options (SOT‑23, SOT‑89, TO‑92).
