This document introduces the features and performance of the ZT77 mini digital pressure gauge. The pressure gauge uses a semiconductor strain gauge and a dedicated hybrid IC, providing durability and stability. Its interface surface has a sub-micron level roughness, suppressing the generation of particles. The pressure gauge is equipped with a high-speed digital comparator and other functions. It has a display accuracy of ±1.0% F.S. and a temperature coefficient of ±0.1% F.S./℃. It can be operated through LED display and analog output. Additionally, it features a case made of UL94-V0 level modified polyphenylene ether resin and does not count particles larger than 0.1μm.
