The gas must be oil‑free, water‑free, and meet DIN/ISO 8573‑1 standards with particle size under 5 µm, oil content below 1 mg/m³, moisture content 5 mg/m³, and a dew point at least 10 K below the operating temperature.
Use terminals +11 and -12 for the 4‑20 mA DC control signal, with a maximum load resistance of 410 Ω.
