The TPS73xx series includes six low‑dropout (LDO) regulators (TPS7301Q, TPS7325Q, TPS7330Q, TPS7333Q, TPS7348Q, TPS7350Q) offering fixed output voltages of 2.3 V, 3 V, 3.3 V, 4.8 V and 5 V. The devices feature integrated delay functions, low quiescent current and selectable output current up to 500 mA.
