This document introduces the comprehensive quality control of the car-mounted fuel laboratory and the features of its products. The innovative design of the laboratory includes features such as small sample size, built-in temperature control, short testing time, and small product size. In addition, the document also compares the methods of vapor pressure testing and flash point testing, and provides configuration and installation requirements for the car-mounted laboratory.
About this manual
The Grabner mobile fuel laboratory provides a compact, rugged solution for on‑site fuel quality testing. It integrates multiple analysis modules—vapor pressure, flash point, distillation, viscosity, density, sulfur and lead content—into a single portable unit that can be installed in a vehicle.
The system supports flexible configurations, including optional air‑conditioning, heating, water tanks, printers, computers and GPS. Power can be supplied from 110/240 V external sources or an internal rechargeable battery, and data can be transferred via network or USB connections. This manual is written in Chinese.
