ANALOG DEVICES AD9870 handbook

The AD9870 is a low-power, high-performance, programmable single-chip RF receiver that converts 10 MHz to 300 MHz of RF input signal to baseband (I/Q) digital output. The AD9870 features 12 dB SSB NF, > –1 dBm IIP3 and 25 dB continuous AGC range, and supports LO and sampling clock synthesis.
