UC1526A, UC2526A, and UC3526A are regulating pulse width modulator circuits with features including reduced supply current, oscillator frequency up to 600kHz, precision band-gap reference voltage, operating voltage range of 7V to 35V, dual 200mA source/sink outputs, minimum output cross-conduction, double-pulse suppression logic, under-voltage lockout, programmable soft-start, thermal shutdown, TTL/CMOS compatible logic ports, and 5V operation.
The UC1526 is a high performance monolithic pulse width modulator circuit designed for fixed-frequency switching regulators and other power control applications. It includes a temperature compensated voltage reference, sawtooth oscillator, error amplifier, pulse width modulator, pulse metering and setting logic, and two low impedance power drivers. Protective features such as soft-start and under-voltage lockout, digital current limiting, double pulse inhibit, a data latch for single pulse metering, adjustable deadtime, and provision for symmetry correction inputs are also included. The UC1526 can be used to implement single-ended or push-pull switching regulators of either polarity, both transformerless and transformer coupled. It is characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
UC3525A is a monolithic integrated circuit that includes all of the control circuit necessary for a pulse width modulating regulator. There are a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a pulse width modulator, an oscillator, under-voltage lockout, soft start circuit, and output drivers in the chip.
UC1524A UC2524A UC3524A is a kind of integrated circuit (IC) with a precise 5V voltage reference and error amplifier, which can be applied to the output lines of the power supply.
This document introduces the features and characteristics of UC1524, UC2524 and UC3524. They can be used to construct regulating power supplies, inverters or switching regulators. They can also be used as the control element for high-power-output applications.
This is a chip for driving motors. It can provide 350mA continuous drive capability, contains all the logic required for full stepping and half stepping, supports fast stepping rates, can be used as a voltage doubler, and can be used as a phase generator or driver. It supports power-on reset.
The SM1126 Series are melody ICs for use in mobile telecommunications equipment. A maximum of 15 melodies can be stored in programmable ROM and one in built-in read/write SRAM.
The SM1125 series is a multi-melody IC fabricated in NPC’s Molybdenum-gate CMOS process for use in mobile telecommunications equipment. A maximum of 16 melodies can be stored in programmable ROM. The series supports external reference clock input versions and built-in RC oscillator versions, which are set by master-slice option (RC oscillator versions require an external resistor and capacitor). The series supports 12 selectable clock frequencies (fixed for all melodies): external clock input versions support 32.768 kHz, 37.5 kHz, 38.4 kHz and 48.0 kHz systems; built-in oscillator versions support 38.4 kHz, 32.768 kHz, 37.5 kHz and 48.0 kHz. The series supports 2-pin serial data melody selection and 1-pin melody playback control. The series has a power save function, external clock input versions clock gate in no-play modes, built-in RC oscillator versions oscillator stopped in no-play modes. The series uses an 8-pin plastic VSOP package and Molybdenum-gate CMOS process.
The SM1124 Series are melody pager multi-melody ICs fabricated in NPC's Molybdenum-gate CMOS. A maximum of 16 tunes can be stored in programmable ROM, and the Molybdenum-gate CMOS process realizes small-sized packages and low power dissipation.
This document introduces NEC's SEFUSE (SM/G series) thermal cutoff, which is a small, solid, and reliable fuse that can be used under 0.5 A / 250 Vac. Recently added 3 and 5 ampere / 50 Vdc models are also available. It protects home appliances and industrial equipment from fire and accidents by opening the electrical circuit if it detects abnormal temperature rise.
